Twitter is changing rapidly under its new Elon Musk ownership. On Thursday night, rumors that the social media platform was on the verge of crashing prompted users to write possible goodbyes should things go down.

The app is still making the rounds, but users are struggling to find alternative methods of communication. The hashtags #TwitterOFF, #Twittershutdown and #TwitterMigration are all the rage in the US and Google is looking for alternative platforms, such as MustardThey are increasing.
