The latest iOS 16.2 beta lets you disable wallpaper and notifications so you’re always in view

With the third beta of iOS 16.2 provided to developers this morning, Apple has added new functionality to the always-on-display feature available for the iPhone 14 Pro Models

always in display options
There are now two toggles to disable wallpaper or notifications when always on display is on. The options can be accessed by opening the Settings app, selecting Display & brightness, and then going to the Always on display section.

Turning off wallpaper will remove your wallpaper when you have always screen on, and turning off notifications will prevent them from showing up, leaving only the time and widgets if you have widgets installed on your lock screen.

The updated option makes the display interface much simpler for those who want a more minimalist look that can also save some battery life.
